Field Sales Representative

Atlanta, GA (Territory: GA, AL, TN) Full-time $65k - $90k base (OTE $100k - $140k)

About the Role

Build and maintain relationships with medical practices and healthcare systems in your territory. Present our administrative automation platform, conduct demos, and guide practices through implementation. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare software or medical technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales methodologies
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare industry knowledge or clinical background
  • Experience selling to medical practices or health systems
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflows

Medical Records Specialist

Remote (US-based) Full-time $45k - $60k

About the Role

Support our quality assurance process by reviewing medical records and verifying automated form completions. Work with diverse EHR systems to extract and validate patient information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with medical records or EHR systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Experience with at least one major EHR system (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance

Nice to Have

  • RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification
  • Experience with multiple EHR platforms
  • Previous quality assurance or auditing experience

Customer Support Specialist

Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Full-time $52k - $68k

About the Role

Serve as the primary technical support contact for our healthcare provider customers. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through features and workflows. You'll be part of a 12-person support team covering multiple time zones, reporting to our Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or help desk experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfortable with rotating schedule including some evenings/weekends
  • Patient, empathetic approach to customer service

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare industry experience or clinical background
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and medical practice workflows
