Field Sales Representative
About the Role
Build and maintain relationships with medical practices and healthcare systems in your territory. Present our administrative automation platform, conduct demos, and support practices with implementation. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customers experience a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare software or medical technology
- Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales methodologies
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflows
Medical Records Specialist
About the Role
Support our quality assurance process by reviewing medical records and validating completed forms. Work with diverse EHR systems to extract and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with medical records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience with at least one major EHR system (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
Customer Support Specialist
About the Role
Serve as the primary technical support contact for our customers. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through features and workflows. You'll be part of a support team covering multiple time zones throughout the US.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or help desk experience in healthcare technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical practice workflows
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Comfortable with rotating schedule including some evenings/weekends
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer service
