Support our quality assurance process by reviewing medical records and verifying automated form completions. Work with diverse EHR systems to extract and validate patient information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
Serve as the primary technical support contact for our healthcare provider customers. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through features and workflows. You'll be part of a 12-person support team covering multiple time zones, reporting to our Customer Success Manager.
